New TKU President Leads Delegation to Visit Bestat
On August 6, 2026, Dr. Hui-Huang Hsu, the newly appointed President of Tamkang University, led a delegation including Dr. Huei-Chun Chi, Vice President for Administrative Affairs, and Shih-Jung Wu, Executive Director of the Office of Alumni Service and Resources Development, to visit Bestat Pharmaservices Corp. The delegation met with Bestat CEO Samuel Su to exchange views on the university's future development, alumni resource integration, and industry collaboration.
The visit not only reflected Tamkang University's strong recognition of its alumni enterprises, but also marked an opportunity to further strengthen collaboration between academia and industry. During the meeting, both sides exchanged ideas on talent development, industry–academia cooperation, alumni networks, and the development of the biopharmaceutical industry, with the hope of creating more diverse forms of collaboration that connect academic resources with industry practice.

As President of the Tamkang University Alumni Association Headquarters of Departments, he has continued to devote himself to alumni service and resource integration. During the visit, President Hsu expressed his appreciation for Samuel's long-standing support and contributions to Tamkang University, recognizing his efforts in strengthening alumni connections, advancing alumni association development, and promoting industry–academia engagement.
As a CRO deeply rooted in Taiwan's biopharmaceutical industry, Bestat not only continues to advance clinical research and new drug development services, but also actively supports young talent development and education through scholarships, internship programs, and alumni resource connections.
