Bestat leads the Way in Industry-Academia Collaborations, Cultivating outstanding talents, and Practicing ESG

In a notable achievement, Bestat, a leading, prominent contract research organization (CRO), has been fostering industry-academia collaborations for the past 11 years.

Since our inception, we have garnered widespread recognition and support from academic institutions and industry stakeholders. During our inaugural year, we inked significant industry-academia cooperation agreements with universities, embarked on multinational clinical trials, and secured pivotal phase III clinical trial assignments.

Following up on our policy of ESG, Samuel Su, the founder and CEO of Bestat, has been honored as one of the distinguished alumni of TamKang University's College of Business and Management in 2017. His philanthropic endeavors include a notable donation of 1 million NTD to the Department of Statistics of Tamkang University since 2022, earmarked for scholarships and internship opportunities, benefiting numerous aspiring students.

We proudly announce that 12 institutions including Bestat, Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, and Fubon Futures, have established internships with the Department of Statistics of Tamkang University. These partnerships aim to build a foundation for students' cross-disciplinary application of data analysis and enhance their skills in informatization and internationalization. Besides preparing students to win various national competition awards, the department also offers "1+1 dual master's degrees" to exceptional students to foster sustainable, cross-disciplinary, and diverse learning experiences within the industry-university framework.

Samuel emphasized, 'The symbiotic relationship and collaborative efforts between industry and academia are pivotal in advancing overall industry technology, driving value transformation, and fostering a mutually beneficial environment for talent cultivation.'
