Employee care! Bestat invited a doctor from the Good Liver Clinic for a lecture

We are delighted to invite Dr. Guo zangya from the department of  physical medicine and rehabilitation at Good Liver Clinic to attend the lecture titled" Health exercises for the office" on October 6 at Bestat. During the lecture, Dr. Guo demonstrated a variety of physical therapy exercise and stretches to fix poor sitting posture. 

Dr. Guo pointed out that office workers are subject to potential harm due to prolonged periods of sitting. In order to improve our health,  She recommended some really easy ways to stay in shape while at your desk job and reduce significant health risk. Whether you decide to do exercises in your chair or walk around. you are about to find that its not difficult to find the time to work out,  when you have a huge to-do list.  she demostrated to workers how to do these exercises, and one of them look like Keanu Reeves performed in the movie "the Matrix".
